Integrity Trading Privacy Policy. Effective version: 2026-07-13.
Read This Carefully
This Privacy Policy explains what Integrity Trading collects, why it is collected, and how it may be retained, reviewed, and used to operate and protect the Live Scanner platform. Do not create an account, connect a broker, or use alerts if you do not agree.
Information We Collect
- Account information, including username, email address, password hash, account status, payment/access notes, email-verification records, and acceptance of legal terms.
- Security and access records, including login attempts, session tokens, IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, lockouts, admin actions, feedback, bug reports, and app error logs.
- Scanner activity, including watchlists, added symbols, paper trade plans, alert settings, notification subscriptions, preferences, selected tabs, saved rows, proof/accuracy activity, and interaction records.
- Connected brokerage information only when a user chooses to connect a broker, including read-only holdings, symbols, units, values, balances, dividends, portfolio scanner matches, and broker connection diagnostics.
- Communications and delivery data, including verification emails, service notices, phone push subscriptions, Discord routing status, and alert delivery records.
How We Use Information
- To verify identity, secure accounts, enforce access, operate subscriptions/payment access, and prevent account sharing or abuse.
- To provide scanner rows, watchlists, portfolio views, alerts, proof/accuracy tools, technical dashboards, paper-trade tools, and saved preferences.
- To investigate bugs, security events, suspicious logins, unauthorized access, scraping, system misuse, payment disputes, and violations of the Terms of Service.
- To send transactional messages such as verification codes, account/security notices, service updates, legal notices, and product-critical alerts.
Monitoring And Account Sharing
We may monitor login IPs, session counts, device/browser patterns, failed attempts, and access timing to detect password sharing, unauthorized resale, scraping, automation, suspicious access, or compromised accounts. Suspicious activity may result in session revocation, suspension, termination, or denial of access.
Service Providers And Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited data to service providers required to operate the product, including market-data providers, brokerage-connection providers, email providers, hosting/tunnel providers, notification services, payment/access administration tools, analytics/security tools, and professional advisors. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the platform, our rights, or the integrity of the scanner.
Financial And Brokerage Data
Brokerage connections are intended to be read-only unless a future feature clearly states otherwise. Users must not connect accounts they do not own or are not authorized to view. Portfolio values, dividends, market data, scanner output, prices, alerts, charts, and calculations may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or wrong.
Retention
We may retain account, legal, security, payment, accuracy, alert, broker-connection, and dispute records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce the Terms, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, protect evidence, and maintain business records. Deleting an account does not require deletion of records we must keep for security, legal, audit, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security Limits
We use safeguards such as hashed passwords, session controls, email verification, access gates, and monitoring. No internet service, broker integration, email system, phone alert, or market-data feed can be guaranteed secure, uninterrupted, private, or error-free. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.
Your Choices
Users may request correction, export, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support@integritytrading.ca. Requests may be denied or limited where retention is required for security, legal, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, accuracy, or business-record reasons.
Children And Restricted Users
The service is not intended for minors or anyone prohibited from using trading-related tools, brokerage-connected tools, market-data tools, or electronic alert systems in their jurisdiction.
